On 4 November 2025, the third series of the Road Safety Capacity-Building Program webinar series was launched. Titled Strengthening and Diversifying Financing and Implementation for Road Safety, the series is co-presented by the Asia Pacific Road Safety Observatory (APRSO), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the CAREC program.
